The Business Leadership Executive Program (BLEP) is an aggregation of 12 short courses across key business knowledge areas designed to empower startup founders, mid-level managers and senior executives for high impact in their organizations.
The program is structured to run for 12 weeks where participants learn through a hybrid of highly interactive digital, virtual and physical channels. Every week, a new course is activated for self-paced learning on the LMS, while the entire cohort gathers for a 90 minute virtual webinar with a subject matter expert on weekends.
