Today we took a look at what it must have been to be Mary- AWEdinary Mary.
The kind of personage required both physically and spiritually to be able to have received an Angel (with grace). Mary listened and accepted a huge instruction like carrying the baby of the Holy Spirit (Jesus) and going on to mother Jesus till the maturity of his purpose.
We were geared to be in a state of perpetual preparedness through growth in the word of God, in our faith work and also in whatever we find our hands doing; so that at whatever point God has any assignment for us we would not only be ready, but also capable of carrying them out.
In conclusion, if we are to be entrusted with a portion of God’s plan for the Kingdom, we have to be willing and capable to do so.
